Patty has a strong focus on Trauma Recovery and Relationships, Parenting, Step-Parenting and Interfaith Marriage and Family Issues. She is currently working part time as a school counselor, focusing on early childhood development and the development of wellness in children. A university level counselor and teacher educator and trainer of more than thirty years, she teaches courses in Reality Therapy®, Couples and Family Relationship Issues, Mind-Body Healing and Psychoneuroimmunology, and Adult Development. Patty is a long-term survivor of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia and holds a special interest and concern for those with physical and emotional challenges.
